How to make a purchase?

● Use the links in the navigation bar to find the parts you are
looking for. Next, find the part you want to buy and click the "Add to cart" button. Review the items in your cart by clicking the link
cart button.
● You can use the "Remove" button to remove items from your shopping bag.
● Click "Checkout" to complete your order and go to the payment screen.
● Add your information, log in to your account, or create a new account and click "Continue with shipments".
● Choose the shipping method and click continue with payment.
● Choose the payment method (Check payment methods in the "Payment methods" point)
● Indicate your billing address.
● Complete your order by clicking on "Finish Order" ;.
● Done, our team will make sure your order arrives quickly and safely :)

What are the payment methods?

● Mercado pago - Accepts all cards that are authorized for online payments
● Deposit in bank account
● Yape, plin or lukita

Do you ship to all of Peru?

Yes, we ship all over the country. The costs are additional.
● Shipping to Metropolitan Lima (Filly) - Range between S /. 9.50 and S / .17.40, depending on the area. Order processing time: 1-2 business days. Delivery time with the Courier since the purchase is processed: 1-2 business days.
● Shipments to province (Olva Courier) - S /. 24.90. Order processing time: 1-2 business days. Delivery time with the Courier for provincial capitals is 48 to 72 hours.

Is it possible to order a custom piece?

Yes, to customize you have two options:
1. Pick a piece of stock to put a short phrase or word on it. For this alternative you can write your comments in the "comments" text box that appears when you check out of your purchase. If you want to make an even more specific order for any of the parts in stock, please write to us at 977 808 947 or at contacto.izhc@gmail.com telling us your requirements.
2. Order a personalized piece from scratch, with particular colors, shapes and details. For this commission please write to us at 977 808 947 .

If I chose store pickup, how long do I have to pick up my purchase?

From the confirmation of your purchase, you will have 30 calendar days to coordinate the collection in store. After this time, the piece will be released and it will be put back in stock.
